Prices
All food prices are subject to 6% sales tax and 15% set-up charge. Food prices are subject to change due to market conditions. Linen table cloth and linen napkins 3.75 per table of 8.  Linen table cloth and paper napkins 2.00 per table of 8.
A gratuity is not required.

Food & Beverage
Beer and wine sales are available through Martha's Vineyard.  Alcohol from any other outside source is not permitted.  All other food & beverage in banquet rooms must be purchased through Russ’ with the exception of wedding and anniversary cakes. (Russ’ can provide cakes) Our Banquet Department encourages your creativity on menu items.

Menu arrangements should be finalized one week prior to your function, along with an estimated number of guests. We understand the difficulty with the number of guests, but we need the number of guests 24 hours prior to the function.
If your number of guests changes within this time, please contact us immediately.

Billing & Cancellation
You will be billed for the last number of guests you gave us, unless the number increases. If the number of guests decreases by more than ten,
we will bill you for half the difference.

A deposit of 50% of the bill is required to insure your booking date and will be applied toward your final bill at the close of your function. The deposit is due at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable after 30 days prior to the function.
Balance is due and payable on the date of the event.  We accept cash and all major credit cards.

General Information
Please adhere to the times listed on this agreement, since other groups maybe scheduled to utilize the same room prior to or following your function.

Rooms are assigned according to room set up and number of guests. Should your numbers increase or decrease,
the Banquet Manager may change rooms to accommodate your function.

Decorating is limited to table tops only. Russ’ is not liable for lost or stolen articles. Russ’ is not responsible for service of late guests (30 minutes after the meal), but we will accommodate them the best we can.  Russ’ is a smoke free environment. Russ’ reserves the right to inspect and control all functions being held on the premises.  Banquet facility rental hours will be determined by Banquet Management prior to function.
